H.G. Hill Realty and Southeast Ventures announced they will be working together to develop a building in 12 South to include 67 luxury apartments and over 4,000 square feet of retail space. Titans’ Safety, Chris Hope, is hosting the 4th Annual “Night with the Secondary” at Mafiaoza’s on Monday, November 28, 2011. The event will take place from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. The 3rd Annual Pinewood Derby at imogene & willie is this Saturday, November 19, 2011. Tickets are available for spectators ($20) and racers ($40). The event is from 3:00pm to 7:00pm with races beginning at 4:30pm. With beer, food and prizes it’s going to be a great time!
