Jeremy Barlow, owner of Sloco in 12 South and Tayst, has published a book called Chefs Can Save the World. The book is about how to make a restaurant “green” and how much of an impact it can have on the food system.

“Chefs Can Save the World is Jeremy Barlow’s call to action for everyone who prepares, serves, consumes or simply enjoys food. We all have a responsibility to pay more attention to what we eat, where it comes from, and how it affects the world around us.”

The book is available at Parnassus in Green Hills and the Kindle edition is available on Amazon for $9.99.
